Please allow 48-72  hours for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays). 

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after processing via USPS Priority Mail. Typical delivery time frame is between 1-3 business days for domestic orders, and 6-10 business days for international orders however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. 

Warm Weather Shipping Notice: Some melting may occur with our Moisturizing Hair Butter while in transit, if the temperature reaches above 76 degrees Fahrenheit (coconut oil's melting point). The product works exactly the same.  If this occurs, simply give it a stir and then put it into your refrigerator for a few minutes. Your product will return back to a butter like consistency, and you are good to go.
